PostureSmart® 06 was developed with the help of an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist, the extra tall and contoured backrest provides excellent back support, whilst at the same time helping to prevent hunching ( this can be a contributing cause of upper back pain) . This backrest is disputable for users 5' 5" to 6’ 1”.
PostureSmart 06 provides exceptional back support for an office chair in this price band and along with the additional features available offers a truly affordable solution to a modern day problem. A Fully Functional Headrest/Neck Support is available, it is height, tilt and rake adjustable and provides adjustable support to the neck or head.
This office chair a true 24 hour performance chair suitable for use in call centres and control rooms.
To enhance the working life of the chair, Bradbury Flamblend is now the standard fabric choice. This fabric is hard wearing
and also treated for stain resistance.
PostureSmart 6 allows for the inclusion of not just 1 inflatable support panel but 3, these being an Inflatable Thoracic panel for additional upper back support and an Inflatable Sacrum support for very lower back support, the Sacrum panel is positioned just below the inflatable lumbar and is a common area requiring additional support.

As standard The chair is fitted with a certified heavy duty mechanism with A/Synchronised movement (Independent) this offers the flexibility for adjustment of seat and backrest angles with separate lever controls. The mechanism also includes a bodyweight tension control system, located underneath the seat. The back height adjustment is by means of a simple leverless lift-up system offering easy adjustment.
PostureSmart 06 chairs are exceptional for use as bad back chairs as well as for broad-spectrum office use, they are corrective and preventative by design.
PostureSmart® Pocket Spring Seat System
Currently available as an option, the Revolutionary PostureSmart® seat system is a system comprising of 72 individual pocket springs. This system has been specifically designed to enhance posture whilst at the same time having orthopaedic properties, PostureSmart provides incomparable weight distribution whilst at the same time assisting in the reduction of spinal compression
Each PostureSmart seat is topped with a layer of memory foam to enhance comfort. The system is really quite simple and works on the same principal as a pocket sprung mattress, as a person moves on the chair the seat itself takes the shape of the individual and provides corrective support and core stability, unlike foam which compresses. The PostureSmart option is very affordable, only Ł40 per chair, making it ideal for use in Offices, Call Centres, Control Rooms, and Home Office environments.
None of our seating is supplied “Off the Shelf” they are made to order. This allows customers a great choice of options and fabric colours so tailoring the chair or chairs, to specific requirements.
