Chairs & Leg Rests

Depending on the model and quantity, chairs can take up to 15 working days from placing your order. This is due to the time it takes to manufacture each chair, including options and upholstery material colours.

After your chair or chairs are manufactured, we ship them via carrier or van using next-day delivery. For deliveries to mainland UK, this service is either free or costs £20.00 plus VAT, depending on the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man.

Chairs delivered by carrier are packaged in high-quality, sturdy boxes to eliminate any damage during transit. In the off chance there may have been damage in transit, please ensure that we are contacted within 2 days of delivery.

The chairs are packed carefully and securely, and as such, there is a small amount of self-assembly. These are not flat-packed, where you require tools. All components, such as arms, are already fitted with everything slotting together so assembly is simple and speedy.

The PS06 and Xcel chairs and their variants may be delivered fully built, depending on location. Please check with us prior to ordering, and we will be able to advise on the delivery method for these models. Other Products

All other products are generally shipped within 2/3 working days from ordering. Shipping is either by Royal Mail or carrier on a 48-hour service.
