Not all office seating sold in the UK conforms to UK fire regulations for use in the home, this was very apparent during the lockdown when home working was the norm. All our office seating is either compliant with UK domestic fire regulations or offers the option to upholster your chair in a material that complies with these regulations.
OPUS 24P (Petite) features a mechanism with independent adjustment as standard; these adjustments are seat height and angle, including bodyweight tension control. The backrest is also angle adjustable with height adjustment on a simple lift-up ratchet system. All the angle adjustments are lockable at any point along the scope of adjustment travel. The chair is made in the UK to our specification and conforms to BS 5459: Part 2:2000, the maximum weight loading is 150kg (23.5 stone)
OPUS 24P is suitable for 8 or 24 hours, particularly in Control Room and Call Centre environments.
OPUS 24P incorporates our Posture-Pocket seat system, and the pocket springs are guaranteed to last at least 10 years.
There are many options to choose from, including additional inflatable support panels and arms styles to make Opus into the chair you want, right down to the choice of fabric colour from the many available and not just blue, green or black. Our chairs are not supplied “Off the Shelf”., this ensures product quality. Every chair is inspected after manufacture and before shipping. We aim to ship in approximately 15 working days. However, please call, and we would be pleased to answer any questions you may have before placing your order.

Delivery
Chairs & Leg Rests
The production time for chairs varies depending on the model and quantity, and may take up to 15 working days from the date of your order. This period includes the manufacturing process for each chair, as well as the selection of options and upholstery colours.
After your chair/s are manufactured, we ship them via carrier or van using next-day delivery. For deliveries to mainland UK, this service is either free or costs £20.00 plus VAT, depending on the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man.
Chairs delivered by carrier are packaged in high-quality, sturdy boxes to eliminate any damage during transit. In the off chance there may have been damage in transit, please make sure you contact us within 2 days of delivery.
The chairs are packed carefully and securely, and as such, there is a small amount of self-assembly. These are not flat-packed, where you require tools. All components, such as arms, are already fitted with everything slotting together, so assembly is simple and speedy.
The PS06 and Xcel chairs and their variants may be delivered fully built, depending on location.
