Our seating options are not pre-made, but rather custom-manufactured to order. This gives our customers a vast array of choices in terms of fabrics, colours, and even separate colours for the backrest and seat if desired. This ensures that the chair or chairs can be tailored to the specific needs of the user or business.

Upholstery Fabric
During the lockdown, when many people were working from home, it became clear that not all office seating sold in the UK is suitable for use in a domestic setting and compliant with UK fire regulations. However, all of our office seating options are either already compliant with these regulations or provide the option to upholster the chair in a material that meets the necessary standards
ASTI is a Crib 5 Flame Retardant fabric that conforms to UK fire regulations for office or home use. Please see the fabric card for full details.

Delivery
Chairs & Leg Rests
The production time for chairs varies depending on the model and quantity, and may take up to 15 working days from the date of your order. This period includes the manufacturing process for each chair, as well as the selection of options and upholstery colours.
After your chair/s are manufactured, we ship them via carrier or van using next-day delivery. For deliveries to mainland UK, this service is either free or costs £20.00 plus VAT, depending on the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man.
Chairs delivered by carrier are packaged in high-quality, sturdy boxes to eliminate any damage during transit. In the off chance there may have been damage in transit, please make sure you contact us within 2 days of delivery.
The chairs are packed carefully and securely, and as such, there is a small amount of self-assembly. These are not flat-packed, where you require tools. All components, such as arms, are already fitted with everything slotting together, so assembly is simple and speedy.
The PS06 and Xcel chairs and their variants may be delivered fully built, depending on location. All other products are generally shipped within 2/3 working days from ordering. Shipping is either by Royal Mail or other carrier on a 48-hour service.
