Our Journey and Impact

Since launching our first website in 2005, we have assisted countless businesses, organisations, government departments, and individuals in addressing their seating needs, achieving real solutions every time.

A Commitment to Ergonomics and Support

Our beginnings were humble, but we quickly recognised that most office chairs were made merely for sitting, not for posture, support, or durability. Many manufacturers focused on volume sales rather than genuine ergonomic quality.

We engaged with physiotherapists, ergonomists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Their guidance shaped our understanding of ideal backrests, support areas, seat sizes, and arm supports, informing our product development.

With this knowledge, we set out to collaborate with manufacturers who shared our vision. This allowed us to offer sound advice and provide office seating designed for posture, back care, support, easy adjustability, durability, and comfort.

Partnerships and Product Range

We partnered with the UK's leading manufacturer of orthopaedic office seating, establishing our PostureSmart and Ergo-Postural specialist and premium ranges. We also formed another partnership, ensuring our standard office seating featured all necessary adjustments and ergonomic support for posture and back care.

Exceeding Standards

All our office seating greatly surpasses HSE Seating at Work directives as outlined in HSG57, with most products carrying a minimum five-year guarantee.

Expert Knowledge and Services

We have comprehensive knowledge about office seating and are genuinely passionate about the subject. In addition to attending courses in Advanced Workstation Assessments covering seating, desks, and display screen equipment (DSE), we can advise on best practice for workstation setup, even though there is no nationally recognised qualification in DSE Assessments.

Specialist Solutions

A recent example of our expertise is a commission for a bariatric office chair shipped to Canberra, Australia. The chair featured a made-to-measure coil sprung seat and a reinforced seat pan, delivered by air freight. Upon receipt, the customer provided positive feedback.
