SHIPPING

1. For our seating products and most accessories standard delivery is free within mainland Britain. Delivery to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands are at a small additional charge, please choose from the drop down menu when choosing your options.

2. Our chairs are generally despatched in approximately 10 - 15 working days from receipt of order or cleared funds,  holidays excepted and  depending on model, additional options and quantity. Bespoke chairs  can take up to 45  working days depending on the complexity of the design. Delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control excepted..

3. Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & The E.E.C. will be liable to a carriage charge and take a little longer to be delivered. In all instances please contact us for details using the contact form → Here or alternativley cal1 01388 748 999 and we would be pleased to answer any questions.

4. Export orders outside the EEC can take up to 4 weeks prior to despatch. If you are interested in purchasing a chair or chairs from us in the first instance please use the contact form to make an enquiry. Please specify model/s you are interested in and quantity, we will then obtain a shipping estimate. Please note that shipping is charged seperately and at cost at the time the chair/s have been manufactured and are ready to ship.

5. Ergonomic Accessories generally ship within 2 days on a 48 hour tracked service,

6. Height Adjustable desks are shipped flat packed for self assembly usually in 2 working days of ordering. There is an option to have the desk built after delivery has taken place.
