Seat construction and support
The seat uses a European pocket-spring system designed for long-term durability. It is guaranteed to lose no more than 3% of its height over ten years.
- Encourages airflow through the seat as the user moves.
- Provides targeted support for the lower back, including the sacroiliac joints and ischial tuberosities (sit bones).
- Combines high-density foam around the springs with a 15 mm memory-foam top layer; an additional layer is optional.
Optional
OrthoTherm™ integrates heat pads in the lumbar (lower back) and thoracic (mid-back) regions, where tension and stiffness often develop during prolonged sitting. Gentle, even warmth helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and provide all-day comfort. Compared with wired heat pads, this affordable system also removes potential trip hazards.
Custom Seat Sizing Available
The seat length and width can be reduced to suit an individual’s anatomical measurements. To use this facility choose from the "Seat Options" menu and use the contact form to specify the required seat width and/or length reductions.
Made to Order
All chairs are manufactured to order rather than supplied off the shelf. This provides a wide choice of options and fabric colours, allowing each chair to be tailored to the needs of an individual user.
Upholstery Material
The upholstery material is a new innovation and has unique properties for a fabric, It is Antibacterial and also Stain Resistant. The fabric will fight off dry soil and spills and splashes allowing liquids to bead up and be wiped off. Stain removal includes grease, ink, blood, fruit juice, wine and believe it or not, chewing gum.
The material complies with UK Fire Regulations for use in both work and domestic environments.
Lead Time and Delivery
We aim to dispatch this model within approximately 20 working days. The price includes delivery of the fully assembled chair and instructions on its operation

Chairs & Leg Rests
The production time for chairs varies depending on the model and quantity, and may take up to 15 working days from the date of your order. This period includes the manufacturing process for each chair, as well as the selection of options and upholstery colours.
After your chair/s are manufactured, we ship them via carrier or van using next-day delivery. For deliveries to mainland UK, this service is either free or costs £20.00 plus VAT, depending on the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man.
Chairs delivered by carrier are packaged in high-quality, sturdy boxes to eliminate any damage during transit. In the off chance there may have been damage in transit, please make sure you contact us within 2 days of delivery.
The chairs are packed carefully and securely, and as such, there is a small amount of self-assembly. These are not flat-packed, where you require tools. All components, such as arms, are already fitted with everything slotting together, so assembly is simple and speedy.
The PS06 and Xcel chairs and their variants may be delivered fully built, depending on location. All other products are generally shipped within 2/3 working days from ordering. Shipping is either by Royal Mail or other carrier on a 48-hour service.
