The Bolam XHB Task Chair was developed for tall people. This chair features an extra high-contoured backrest that is ordinarily suitable for people up to 6' 5" or taller. This backrest features positive support, incorporating a hugging style for comfort.
Bolam XHB boasts a thick, luxurious seat pad designed for comfort and sustained longer work cycles, making the chair suitable for 24-hour use and fitted with height adjustable arms as standard.
The mechanism on this Task Chair has an impressive 152kg (24stone) weight loading. This mechanism provides independent adjustment l for seat tilt and backrest angle adjustment and includes bodyweight tension control. The backrest uses a simple lift-up ratchet system for instant adjustment.

The production time for chairs varies depending on the model and quantity, and may take up to 15 working days from the date of your order. This period includes the manufacturing process for each chair, as well as the selection of options and upholstery colours.
After your chair/s are manufactured, we ship them via carrier or van using next-day delivery. For deliveries to mainland UK, this service is either free or costs £20.00 plus VAT, depending on the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man.
Chairs delivered by carrier are packaged in high-quality, sturdy boxes to eliminate any damage during transit. In the off chance there may have been damage in transit, please make sure you contact us within 2 days of delivery.
The chairs are packed carefully and securely, and as such, there is a small amount of self-assembly. These are not flat-packed, where you require tools. All components, such as arms, are already fitted with everything slotting together, so assembly is simple and speedy.
The PS06 and Xcel chairs and their variants may be delivered fully built, depending on location. All other products are generally shipped within 2/3 working days from ordering. Shipping is either by Royal Mail or other carrier on a 48-hour service.
