PostureSmart PS06D Draughtsman / Counter Chair
The heavy-duty PostureSmart PS06D is a made-to-order draughtsman or counter chair designed for ergonomic support, durability and everyday workplace use. It includes advanced adjustment features and enhanced cushioning as standard.

Additional inflatable support panels are available for targeted comfort and postural support:
- Sacrum panel, positioned below the lumbar area
- Thoracic panel, positioned at the top of the backrest
Build Quality and Compliance
The PS06D is manufactured in the UK to our specification and built to high standards. Each chair is made to order, tested and inspected before shipping to help ensure consistent quality. The chair conforms to BS 5459: Part 2:2000 and supports a maximum user weight of 150 kg (23.5 stone). The PS06D also exceeds HSE Seating at Work directives.
Base Options
The standard black base is suitable for most users. A polished chrome base is available as an upgrade and is recommended for users weighing over 18 stone (114 kg).
Lead Time and Delivery
We aim to ship this model in approximately 10 to 15 working days. Delivery is free to mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please select the appropriate shipping destination from the drop-down menu when ordering.

Chairs & Leg Rests
The production time for chairs varies depending on the model and quantity, and may take up to 15 working days from the date of your order. This period includes the manufacturing process for each chair, as well as the selection of options and upholstery colours.
After your chair/s are manufactured, we ship them via carrier or van using next-day delivery. For deliveries to mainland UK, this service is either free or costs £20.00 plus VAT, depending on the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man.
Chairs delivered by carrier are packaged in high-quality, sturdy boxes to eliminate any damage during transit. In the off chance there may have been damage in transit, please make sure you contact us within 2 days of delivery.
The chairs are packed carefully and securely, and as such, there is a small amount of self-assembly. These are not flat-packed, where you require tools. All components, such as arms, are already fitted with everything slotting together, so assembly is simple and speedy.
The PS06 and Xcel chairs and their variants may be delivered fully built, depending on location. Other Products
All other products are generally shipped within 2/3 working days from ordering. Shipping is either by Royal Mail or other carrier on a 48-hour service.
