I do a lot of computer-assisted programming every day at my job. This requires a high degree of precision, and I tend to tense up in order to concentrate. When I was told about Jumborest, I wanted to try it. I have to say that by supporting the elbow it provides real relief. It helps to ease my tenseness, and it corrects my posture.
Since I have been using Jumborest, I have realized just how badly I was seated beforehand. And I think I am not the only one! Everyone who spends their day seated at a desk should use it!
