For me, the support that Jumborest provides for my forearm has made all the difference! Now it remains supported. In my case, it provides relief to my arms, shoulders and neck and, overall, I feel that my posture has changed. I sit more properly. As a result, I have seen that by sitting properly I have more energy and am able to concentrate better. If I had to recommend Jumborest, it would be to all those who work 8 hours per day in an office as I do! It corrects bad posture habits that we unconsciously develop in the workplace, and it reduces the effects of MSD.
