I have been using Jumborest for the last year and I couldn't do without it!
I find this support apparatus to be very useful in maintaining good posture at my desk because I used to have a tendency to hunch forward - just like lots of people! Even though I have an ergonomic desk, Jumborest is a real plus.
What is good about this little platform is that it gently corrects posture. The elbow being supported by the platform prevents users from sitting incorrectly. The only position in which to sit is with good, straight posture.
If I had had this product 20 years ago, the tension in my back could have been avoided. Today, the pain can only be reduced.
I strongly advise proactive use of Jumborest to prevent MSD before it sets in.
Having children use it, for example, at school, could train them to sit up properly from a young age.
